no, pets are not allowed.
 

are there any shared spaces with other guests?

no, the villa is for exclusive use. the kitchen, bathrooms, and swimming pool will be entirely at your disposal.
 

do you provide high chairs for children?

yes, there are 2 clip-on table chairs and 1 high chair available.
 

are baby cribs available?

yes, we provide 3 cribs with bars and 1 cradle for babies up to 6 months old.
 

is the house equipped with air conditioning and heating?

yes, there are 2 air conditioners in the ground floor living room and one in each double bedroom.
all rooms also have independent underfloor heating.
 

is the road to the house easily accessible?

the road is paved up to 1.5 km from the villa. from there, a gravel road begins, which we keep in good condition, although in some parts it's advisable to drive slowly.
 

is the house accessible for people with disabilities?

yes, the entrance can be reached via a ramp (in addition to stairs). on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and an equipped bathroom.
 

what are the cancellation terms?

• cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit
• between 6 and 4 weeks: 50% refund of the deposit
• less than 4 weeks: the deposit is non-refundable

is wi-fi available?

yes, free wi-fi is available throughout the property.
 

is a security deposit required?

yes, upon arrival we require a security deposit of €800, which will be refunded at check-out after inspecting the house.
 

are basic food items provided on arrival?

yes, you will find: oil, salt, sugar, pasta, water, and a welcome basket with seasonal fruits and vegetables.
 

when is the swimming pool open?

the opening and closing dates of the pool depend on weather conditions. typically, the pool opens in early may and closes at the end of september.
 

how are the keys delivered?

upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the owner, who will hand over the keys and provide all the useful information for your stay.
